📍 Grassie, Ontario (Primary Operational Hub & R&D Center)

Established in 1994 in the Niagara region, our Grassie plant serves as Erie’s corporate headquarters and primary manufacturing hub. To support rapid customer adoption, production capacity was expanded in 1997, 2000, and 2003. Today, Grassie houses our central product development laboratories, R&D operations, executive management, and full-scale manufacturing lines.

📍 North East, Pennsylvania (U.S. Manufacturing & Service)

Opened in 2008, our 40,000-square-foot Loomis facility in North East, PA, expanded our reach into the United States. Designed to provide localized manufacturing, faster delivery, and direct technical service, this facility serves as a key operational and shipping hub for customers across Upstate New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and the broader U.S. market.

📍 Roxton Falls, Quebec (Eastern Canada Expansion)

In 2025, Erie expanded its physical footprint with a new manufacturing and warehousing facility in Roxton Falls, Quebec. This strategic investment increased overall production capacity while strengthening service levels for coaters throughout Quebec and the Maritimes. By offering regional warehousing and faster turnaround times, Roxton Falls reinforces our commitment to localized support in Eastern Canada.
