Erie Powder Coatings Inc. / EPC Powder Mfg has been manufacturing high quality powder coatings since 1994. The company started producing powder coatings in Niagara Canada. Erie has since set a standard for quality, customer service and quick turnaround on custom orders. Erie expanded production capabilities at its Grassie facility in 1997, 2000, and 2003.
Erie’s Grassie Ontario plant is a full service manufacturing plant. This facility continues to manufacture high quality powder coatings, and has a full product development lab and R&D facilities, sales, and management capacities.
In 2008, EPC Powder Mfg started its first production runs at its Loomis Facility, in the town of North East Pennsylvania. The new 40,000 square foot facility allows much better service to customers in the upstate NY, PA and Ohio areas, and has served as an excellent shipping and service point to customer locations across North America.
OUR PRODUCTS
Erie produces a variety of thermoset powder coatings including
- Epoxy
- Epoxy-polyester Hybrids
- Polyester TGIC
- Polyester TGIC-Free
- Acrylic hybrids
- Urethanes.
Specialty coatings offered include textures, metallics, two tones, fast curing, anti-graffiti and chemically resistant coatings.
The company continues to supply coatings worldwide, including most locations in the US, as well as Mexico and the Caribbean, South America and Europe, although our prime focus is still North America.
Erie’s success has been on the strengths of service and reliability. The company is extremely flexible, producing powder runs as small as a single box to 20,000 lb and more. The company’s strengths in service and reliability have lead to strong growth and increasing market share since inception in 1994.
